About flowerbeds, leaving our comfort zone, friends, and a quote that changed our lives.

Our adventure with bujnie began about 1.5 years ago. We noticed that our home jungle was running out of space and many plants had to stand on the floor. That's when the thought came to us - maybe we should get a plant stand?

We mentioned this to our grandfather, who sent us to his old workshop. Among many old items from the 70s and 80s, between a chandelier and an old Junak m10 motorcycle, we found our grandfather's stand. Our grandfather, a locksmith-turner by profession in the 70s, made various everyday items for the home himself, including chandeliers, candle holders, and... plant stands.

The stand he created may not be perfectly even, but it impresses with its clean and simple form, which still captivates despite the years gone by (we are currently finishing a slightly facelifted prototype, which we hope to launch soon on - bujnie.pl/sklep)

After discovering our grandfather's talents and fruitlessly searching the internet for our dream stand (does every stand have to be covered with that strange patina, or resemble Egyptian columns?), we concluded that we would build our dream plant stand ourselves! From words to action, and so our first little one was born:=

Maybe imperfect, a bit crooked, but that form!

After creating the first stand, dilemmas began: should we go left or right, how to reconcile this with work. Then, as every year, we went to our friends for New Year's Eve, who were on the eve of the trip of a lifetime! We received an incredible boost of positive energy from them, which pushed us towards fulfilling our dreams!

A turning point in this meeting and in our further journey was the following quote:

Although we only remembered one sentence from this quote: "Do things before you are ready." However, at this particular moment in our lives, this quote opened our eyes to what is important in life, becoming an extremely important guide for us.

Two sleepless nights later, we left our comfort zone, I quit my previous job, and together with Iza, we started fulfilling one of our dreams of having our own green business!

Remember, there is never a "good time" for change and fulfilling dreams. You have to make that change yourselves!
