Delivery

Delivery within Poland

Within Poland, our products are delivered in cardboard boxes, and larger orders are shipped on pallets. Delivery is carried out by the DHL courier company. For selected shipments, it is possible to use DHL POPup pick-up points, which you can select in your local area. Delivery time from the moment the package is dispatched is usually 1–2 business days. Pallet delivery timeframes are similar.

International Delivery

We ship our products worldwide. The delivery cost depends on the destination country and the selected shipping method.

Complaints and Returns

All shipments containing returns (withdrawal from the contract) or claimed goods must be sent directly to the address of our return and complaint service point:

1. Complaint Procedure (Non-conformity of goods with the contract)

The Seller shall be liable to the Consumer and to the Sole Trader with Consumer Rights for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract under the principles specified in the Act on Consumer Rights.

Complaint Notification

In the event of detecting a defect in the goods or their non-conformity with the contract, a complaint may be submitted:

  2. In writing (by post) to the address of the service point: Beata Zielińska, ul. Gotartowicka 16AB, 44-251 Rybnik, Poland.

Recommended Content of the Notification

To expedite the processing of the complaint, it is recommended to provide the following information in the notification:

  • First name, last name, and contact details of the buyer,

  • Order number or invoice number,

  • Description of the non-conformity of the goods with the contract (indicating what the defect consists of) and the date of its detection,

  • Clear photographs presenting the defect (in the case of an e-mail notification),

  • The client's demand (repair of the goods, replacement of the goods with new ones, price reduction, or – in cases specified by law – withdrawal from the contract).

Handling of the Complaint and Return of Goods

  • The Seller shall respond to the complaint notification within 14 days from the date of its receipt, informing the client of the subsequent course of action.

  • If it is necessary to examine the goods in order to process the complaint, the client is obliged to make the goods available to the Seller. The cost of collecting or shipping the claimed goods shall be borne by the Seller.

2. Information Regarding the Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal from the Contract (Returns)

Consumers and natural persons concluding a contract directly related to their business activity (when the content of this contract indicates that it does not have a professional character for them, verified on the basis of the Central Registration and Information on Business Activity - CEIDG) are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal from the contract without giving any reason. Other entrepreneurs are not entitled to this right.

Right of Withdrawal

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Beata Zielińska, ul. Gotartowicka 16AB, 44-251 Rybnik, Poland, e-mail: kontakt@bujnie.pl, phone: 881 674 746) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail).

You may also fill in and submit the withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement electronically on our website, click that link. If you use this option, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (for example, by e-mail) without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Please send back or hand over the goods to the address of the service point (Beata Zielińska, ul. Gotartowicka 16AB, 44-251 Rybnik, Poland) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For goods that, by their nature (e.g., large oversized packages or pallet shipments), cannot normally be returned by post, the cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately 350 PLN.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

3. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal from the Contract (Customized products)

The right of withdrawal from a distance contract shall NOT apply to the consumer in respect of contracts:

Where the subject of the service is non-prefabricated goods, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or serving to satisfy their individualized needs.

This means that all customized products, modified to individual order, manufactured in non-standard dimensions, colors, or according to the customer's specifications, are NOT subject to return (withdrawal from the contract without giving a reason).
