In the modern corporate world, professional Fintech office design has transitioned from a “nice-to-have” aesthetic feature to a critical infrastructure component. Our latest implementation for a global Fintech leader
in Kraków demonstrates how nature, when integrated systemically, becomes a catalyst for
productivity and focus.
Spanning over 3,800 square meters and accommodating 200 high-performance workstations, the
project required a solution that could scale without compromising visual clarity. The challenge was
to maintain a cohesive design language across a vast, dynamic floor plan while providing
employees with the biological benefits of proximity to nature.

The LOOPO Green System
To address the scale of this Fintech headquarters, the architectural team led by Elżbieta Myczka-
Ruszaj selected the LOOPO Green System. Unlike traditional plant stands, LOOPO functions as a modular architectural framework. It defines zones, organizes open-plan layouts, and provides a
sleek, steel-crafted housing for greenery that complements the high-tech interior.
Working alongside our furnishing partner, HOOF, we ensured that the LOOPO modules integrated
seamlessly with premium ergonomic furniture. The result is an intelligent environment where
technology and nature coexist to support the mental stamina required in the financial sector. By choosing the LOOPO system, we were able to maintain visual consistency across all floors, which is often the biggest challenge in large-scale Fintech office design projects.
